TILT is an integrated information management system (ERP type).
This software is the central management tool for all of our employees, to help them in their daily work. It contains all of the information (general or specific) about our clients, translators and projects in relational databases. It is possible to locate the translators who are best qualified for a project, view the status of a project and get a clear overview of everyone involved in it, monitor translator quality, view archives of previous projects, carry out project administration and invoicing, look at the availability of translators and editors, view specific procedures agreed with each client, etc. Everyone has access to this useful information, which helps them make the right decisions at all times.
Cost control and strict monitoring of projects: our information management software (TILT) gives a clear overview of the progress of each project, holds archives of previous projects so as to retrieve information that may be useful for current projects, contains all of the necessary information about each client (terminology, specific requirements, previous projects, etc.) and about translators (quality, experience, availability, etc.), and enables checks to be performed on the budget and schedule for each project. This means that our project managers can make appropriate decisions by having access to information in real time.
